We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure we can continue to provide high-quality service to all our clients, we kindly request your cooperation with the following policy:

24-Hour Notice Requirement: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Last minute appointments cannot be accommodated due to necessary pre-tan protocols.

Failure to Provide 24-Hour Notice: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a full charge for the scheduled service will be applied. The specific charge will depend on the service booked and the notice given.

Same-Day Cancellations and No-Shows: Appointments cancelled on the same day of the scheduled service, or “no-shows” (where you do not arrive for your appointment without any prior notification), will be subject to a full charge of the booked service cost.

Pre-Tan Protocol Compliance: For spray tanning services, specific pre-tan protocols are required to ensure the safety, effectiveness, and best possible outcome of your tan. It is the client’s responsibility to review and adhere to all provided pre-tan instructions (e.g., showering, exfoliating, avoiding lotions). Failure to comply with these pre-tan protocols will still result in the full charge of the service. A waiver must be signed if the client chooses to proceed with their appointment, even if the tan cannot be applied to its full potential or if adjustments are necessary due to non-compliance.
